The Alchemist was our first born. The recipe development took about 18 months before we found the perfect mix of botanicals to create this versatile spirit. A very fulfilling gin handmade by Kelly. Not anything close to a scientist but she believes she has created a bit of gold here. Ticks all the London dry boxes with some added spice to uplift your mood and leaving you refreshed.
Quite a spicy gin with dominant notes of cinnamon, cloves and roasted citrus. Best paired with the rind of a lemon, plain tonic and plenty ice.
Botanicals:
- Juniper berries
- Real (Ceylon) Cinnamon
- Cloves
- Fennel
- Star Anise
- Coriander
- Green Cardamom
- Roasted Citrus (Lemon & Orange)
A sophisticated spirit, triple distilled for smoothness and vapour infused for serious flavour explosion.
Alternative pairings and tasting notes:
Ginger, ginger beer or ale, pineapple, paprika, tea, coffee, MCC or Brut with a simple sugar/lemon syrup
Our signature cocktail made with the Alchemist and our own Pineapple cordial is the Ray of Sunshine.

This is my favourite gin of gins! No need for fancy flavoured tonics or decorations - the Alchemist has it all.
