Create your very own gin from start to finish in this one-of-a-kind, hands-on blending session. Guided by our expert team, you’ll explore a library of botanicals and flavour notes before blending, bottling, and labelling your bespoke gin to take home.
No two gins are the same—this is your chance to design a spirit that reflects your personal taste, style, and creativity. We’ll introduce you to the art and science of distilling, the balance of botanicals, and how subtle changes can completely transform your final creation.
Whether you're marking a special occasion or simply indulging in your love of gin, this experience is as rewarding as it is memorable.
It also makes for a truly unique gift, team-building activity, or group celebration.

What's included:
- An introduction session to tasting spirits and how to use different botanicals for your special spirit.
- a 500ml bottle of your own unique blended gin to take home on the day!

We will keep your blended recipe on hand for your convenience for when it's time for a refill.
The blending experience is approx +/- 3hours
Payment secures booking on a first come, first serve basis.

We visited Capital Distillery to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and what an unforgettable experience it was! The gin blending session was not only informative and creative, but also so much fun from start to finish.
Kelly and her colleagues were absolutely fantastic — warm, knowledgeable, and they made us feel like true VIPs. My mom felt incredibly special throughout the day, and seeing her enjoy herself so much was the best gift we could have asked for.
The atmosphere was welcoming and engaging, and we left with more than just wonderful memories — we also have our very own bottle of craft gin to savour and relive the moment a little longer.
We were genuinely sad when the experience came to an end, and I can say with certainty: we’ll definitely be back again!
We came here for a birthday celebration and had a great time, learning about the gin-making process and playing with all the flavors. The space is bright and the mood relaxed. We enjoyed snacks and a few cocktails alone the way. Highly recommend.
