In the heart of the Capital City landmarks
We are situated in the centre of many of Gauteng's tourism landmarks, arts and culture meanders, adventure activities and of course award-winning accommodation and restaurants.
Just to give you a glimpse, below is a map of our location in Silvertondale, Pretoria and a few key landmarks around us.
The most important landmark in Pretoria is the Union Buildings. Situated only 13kms west from where we are, we encourage you to go and see this marvel. I was also recently informed by my family that my great grandfather, David Fyfe was flown over from the UK to assist in the construction of these beautiful buildings. What a coincidence! I literally have a family connection to the Union Buildings. Designed by the infamous Sir Herbert Baker, much of his iconic architecture can be seen around the city. Special indeed!

To the North we have Gauteng's only Big Five Game reserve, Dinokeng, 40kms from us. Adding on cheetah and wild dog, this game reserve doesn't hold back. Great accommodation offerings, especially the Injabulo restaurant at Out in Africa Wildlife lodge. Its a beautiful colonial setting with comfy leather couches, a beautiful deck and a Rovos Rail Carriage! Bookings are essential as they only cater for small groups to keep it exclusive. Here you can also treat yourself to our amazing spirits and signature cocktails.

29kms to the east we have Cullinan and the magnificent diamond mine. This lovely little town has got beautiful shops, delicious food and drinks at their restaurants and some adventure activities like ziplining and abseiling.

To the south we have the beautiful Rietvlei Nature reserve. Situated just off the R21, this reserve packs a punch. Not only do they have a roaming game but they also have buffalo and cheetah. A hotspot for birders, the flora and fauna of the area are just breathtaking. Pack your picnic basket and enjoy some downtime in the beauty that our country has, just 26km from us.
